We continue to take pioneering steps in energy storage! One of our projects, scheduled for completion in Q3 2025, will be the first licensed energy storage solar power plant (DGES) to be connected to Turkey’s transmission grid.

As part of this initiative, we are bringing a total of 303.5 MWh energy storage capacity to life with:

Iğdır DGES (~97 MWh)

İzmir Aliağa DGES (~20 MWh)

Mardin Artuklu DGES (~40 MWh)

Additional domestic DGES projects (~145 MWh)

At Pomega, we will:

Deploy locally manufactured lithium battery cells, battery management systems, and energy storage solutions.

Oversee installation and commissioning with our expert team.

Contribute to Turkey’s energy transformation and take a step toward a sustainable future.

Through these projects, we have secured a $54.6 million USD order from Egesa Elektrik. With our strong domestic energy storage capabilities, we continue to grow and strengthen Turkey’s energy infrastructure!
