Progresiva, one of the Zirvematik group companies, signed an agreement with the Chinese energy company Harbin International (HEI) for the construction of Turkey's first GWh capacity energy storage facility.

The facility, which will come into operation in 2025, will be built in Tekirdağ. The facility is expected to set an example for storage wind power plants and investors.
